- Coworking: 53 spaces but only 7 of those are located in the United States.
- Coliving: Only spaces available in Europe
- Event Space: 1 opening in Chicago. The rest are in Europe

Europeans work to live
- The video to the right is directly from rent24’s site. There is an apparent sense of prestige and elegance. There is a home-like coziness to the decor.
- We found this is due to the European work lifestyle. They like to take long breaks for meals, feel at home while at work, even take naps.
Americans live to work
American’s do not want a home away from home work lifestyle.
- Our focus is a well lit, energized work atmosphere that enables an efficient approach to doing one’s job.

Affinity mapping helped us discover where the critical pain points our interviewees were experiencing. We interviewed working professionals either because they had rented event spaces in the past for work or were candidates for utilizing a coworking environment.
We gathered that professional’s need 3 things in order to even consider renting a space. They need: pictures of the space, a list of included amenities, and a need to talk with a real person early in the searching process.
The interviewees that were candidates for coworking environment’s minimum required: a nice ambiance, ensured safety and security of their belongings, and a clean environment.

Current site lacks information, is difficult, and contact sales.
People want more information and images that reflect their ideal space.
